Tiring day. Woke up 5.30 to play golf. Golf course was under renovation for 8 months, expect to be in respectable condition. The course was worse than b4 renovation. Had a hard time walking.
After lunch came back to factory. The department I proposed to make changes had implemented the change. Tried to guide them on how to do it. Was better than beginning. Even though the work come out slower, but we used lesser ppl. Weather was hot, and I could understand the heat the workers are going through. Tomorrow have to make enquiry for the fan.
After that the workers still did OT... I felt very bad that the worker, after changing to my system, complained of tiredness. But I seriously am not trying to make their life difficult. I seriously think that its vital that this should be done.
After which I waited for those workers to finish work at 9.30, then thanked them for their hard work. Drove car in after. Mr Ong drive his own car in, and the car drove onto the metal rods we bought to prepare for the big project. It pierced through the front tyre. Helped him change tyre, finished at almost 11....
Eventful day. Had planned to call her family to talk to them, ask how they are etc. But the buziness has made me forgot yet again.....
