Yes. I am going to 衰嘴 and say it. Ppl who do not eat medicine when young, tend to get double the dosage when old lor. Unless u're fit like an ox which u're not. Overdosage is not reccomended because it will only make it worse. Just eat moderately as and when you need. Don't eat like your life depends on it, and dun avoid eating it when u have to.
