Lack of communication results in slow delivery.... To prevent the slow delivery, one has to do overtime.... Overtime is a waste of money and resource.....
I worked till midnight today, because nobody tell me that they want me to do the work.... Nobody told me the work is urgent.... Either communication problem, or I need to be more eager to ask ppl.... Whether there's anything for me to do.... Which would obviously adds more to my work loads..
Haiz... Haiz.... Haiz.... Which is more important? Future development of the company? Or the daily operations of the company?????
